Yes, Safety is always our first concern!  That's why your quarterly maintenance services are so important.  SUB'GARD combines inspections, monitoring and other non-toxic methods in conjunction with EPA approved baits and liquids.  This proactive integrated approach focuses on detection of termites before they reach your home. 

DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME FOR MY SERVICE?

SUB'GARD was designed to be both convenient and effective.  Since pest problems normally begin outside we concentrate our quarterly maintenance on your home's outside.  That means less time out of your busy schedule.  To ensure the integrity of your home's interior and to maintain your total satisfaction, our "Annual Check-Mate" includes both an inspection of the interior and completion of a service satisfaction review.
